Whatever was applied the first week of July destroyed my entire lawn!!! It’s totally brown, bald spots have emerged and you can see the shrubs and trees dying out. Countless issues from applications not being done completely, lack of follow up when you contact the service department. READ CUSTOMER reviews before hiring a company that does not answer the phone n a call center does… that should have been the omen. My fault for falling for a stupid flyer in mailbox. it’s July 30 n I just looked at my bank acct and THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!!4 times!!!!! I’m now disputing thru my bank the 4 charges. No acct number n no refund to card ending in…. we got the equivalent email with no name. She sent us a “ generic” email saying they would refund. yes next day to find yet ANOTHER CHARGE to my Visa which the call center said they took the auto card OFF. the card? Again twice as much as what was quoted!!! We called two more times to get once again the call center( outsourced girls) n they promised a refund.
we have security cameras n then we get another AUTO DEBIT which we did not agree to to use the card. THAT man said they haven’t done feed to bushes n plants for 7 years!!!! But that’s what on the flyer! Ok. They said they would zero out acct n start over. The auto charged my bill over $125.!!! After a week of getting jerked off by “ their” call center bc you cannot get thru to the local office. OMG!!do not use this company!!! TGEY have from day 1 made a promise with their flyer of 50%off first service of lawn feed and bushes and plants.
